      Magnum Bikes is a premium e-bike brand designed in Utah, sold through Shopify Plus, three company-owned stores, and 100+ authorized dealers nationwide. Over 10 years in business, 100,000+ riders, bikes priced up to $2,099.

      Like most established Shopify merchants, Magnum had spent years building a strong SEO foundation on Google. But as shoppers started using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to research bikes, Etan Efrati, their E-Commerce Manager, noticed something: the traditional SEO work wasn’t translating to AI search.

      The challenge

            Sentiment turned strongly positive

            Positive sentiment climbed from 51% to 73%. Neutral mentions dropped from 47% to 26%, and negative mentions fell to just 1%. AI platforms are now describing the brand in more favorable terms by default.
